NW Total Engineered Solutions offer a multi-disciplined range of site works inclusive of mechanical packages, fabrications, system design, site installation and commissioning of process systems through to the project management aspects of the work package.

■ Coded process pipe work fabrications inclusive of in-house NDT weld inspection.
■ Pipe work installations inclusive of new systems, repairs and modifications to
existing plant/site pipework.
■ Equipment and infrastructure from supply only to the full installation package.

WELDING CAPABILITIES
Our in-house welding capabilities are certified to BSEN 287-1/ BSEN 15614-1,
and cover the following:
■ Carbon Steel Pipe and plate welding.
■ Stainless Steel Pipe and plate welding.
■ Duplex / Super Duplex Stainless Steel Pipe Welding.
We also have our own in-house weld inspection engineers qualified to carry out:
■ PCN Qualified Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI).
■ PCN Qualified Crack Detection / Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI).
■ UT / Radiography.
